BFIA Promote various international activities and provide opportunities for both foreigners and Busan citizens to experience different cultures and we also fucus on maintaining close relationships between sister cities through exchanging of various activities.
 
 
Focusing on China and Japan, we are trying to expand relationships with international sister-cities to increase cultural and economic development. The BFIA would like to promote the city of Busan as a well-organized international city through continuous development of international exchanges between overseas cities.
 
 
We support non-governmental organizations with a certain amount of subsidies to foster international activities. Our subsidy program covers a wide range of international exchanges regarding culture, education, and conferences.
 
 
BFIA sponsors and organizes a wide variety of cultural events for both local residents and foreigners to give opportunities to understand and gain exposure to different cultures. Each cultural event will lead to wonderful chances to share feelings with each other and to open people's mind.
 
 
In cooperation with sister cities, BFIA sponsors and organizes international meetings and conferences to enhance mutual understanding and cooperation between nations and citizens.
